This week spirit wanted me to write about taking on others responsibilities and the toll it can take on you. There is a healthy amount of responsibilities we're all meant to have. Our own can stress us enough. Now imagine you have your stress and add others issues. Why does their stress levels mean more than yours? This isn't even about which ones matter more or don't....all I'm asking is reflect on why they can't focus on their own responsibilities so you have the proper amount of energy to do what needs to be done for yourself.
Rest and periods of time where you're just reflecting is just as important as working on tasks. This is where growth and change can happen. If your mind is busy with your things plus what others need you will miss opportunities to grow.
